Okay, Yao could be great. He's still very good.

I like Ilgauskas, but he's not great. He's pretty solid tho.

Howard is teh man.
Yea Ilgauskas is far from great. He's merely "meh". He does his job, which is more than I can say for the entire team of the Cavaliers(other than Lebron of course).

I used to like Camby when he was with the knicks. I thought he was a real defensive force.

I really don't think that Camby is ALL-Star material now.

Camby is playing better ball now than he has ever played in his life.

Need Varejao and Gooden to play well else they would never win.

Those guys are all the hustle for the Cav's. Heck, when Hughes is on and the other guys do their job, the team can beat most teams.

Ilgauskas, when he's on, can really stretch the defense and make Lebron's game easier.

Varejao and Gooden are average players. Ilgauskas is slightly above average. The rest of the team absolutely stinks. So yes, I'm sure having Varejao, Gooden, and Ilgauskas helps Lebron, but only because the rest of the team is so bad. But if Lebron had at least ONE good player on his team(other than himself) the Cavs would be in a MUCH better situation.

As good as Lebron is, he NEEDS the extra chance points generated from the offensive rebounding and hustle plays of Gooden and Varejao. Last season they were one of the best offensive rebounding teams and are right up there again this year.

Why do you think Cleveland worked so hard to get Anderson Varejao back? Look at their record since he's been back and their offensive stats.

Anytime could be much better if they had ONE more good player :) Fact is that Cleveland is a better team than people give them credit for. Just because all the attention is on Lebron doesn't mean the others don't know how to play.

Varejao is the biggest waste of money in the league. You have no clue how pissed off I was to find that bench warmer wouldn't accept 6 million and had to have "at least 10 million".

Lebron gets all the attention because he's the only one thats good. The team is full of players so worthless, I seriously doubt the Cavs could trade ANYONE on the team(other than Lebron).

Yes, I would consider Ilgauskas decent, but lets be real here. He's old as dirt. This is probably his last decent year he'll ever have. Gooden is average. Hughes is a "has been". Varejao is a waste of money. Gibson is still a newbie. He has potential, but he's nowhere near good yet. Damon Jones is purely a shooter and not that great of one at that. Donyell Marshell is another "has been". Pavlovic is average. Eric Snow needs to retire. The rest of the gang rarely play(well, except for now since everyone is hurt).

I know the Cavs very well. Cavs, Nuggets, and Lakers I follow all season long. They are the most exciting teams in the league.

I was only upset when they gave in to his offer. When I heard that he was holding out, I was like cool....kick his non-productive arse off of the team and get rollin'.

Yea, I completely agree. I can't believe they gave in on him. They could have had Chris Webber for 1.8 million. Webber is a MUCH better player and at the time was a free agent.

I was surprised that they did not coax Ben Wallace to try and play for the Cavs....

Ben Wallace is one of the worst players in the league... He's a good part of the reason the Bulls are doing so bad. Who the hell would want him? :wtf:
