The only page that I can load (thankfully) is nvnews.net. My other urls are not loading... getting "server not found" errors. WTF?
I cannot get on any other page but this one. Even the ads on the top of this forum don't work. So weird.

welcome to my hell.
Maybe your DNS server is jacked and just happens to have nvnews in cache. Have you tried other IPs directly or your secondary DNS?

If thats the case would he be able to read that reply?

I'm no DNS expert, but I think the DNS cache is just in reference to what URL = whatever IP address. His server could have still had a valid IP for Nvnews, but not for others. Anyway, it was just a guess...

Domain name service or DNS is only applicable to named lookups, which is most of which you type in your browser, Dns has no effect on numbers.(ip address's).
So to establish you arestill connected to the internet , do this : start/run/cmd/ type this in the run box,dos promt .then type
ping 66.249.93.99 and press enter, if your still connected you will see replys from...
There are a few things you can do , but i would need a few more details of your setup.
if your using dhcp ie automatic settings , make sure they are still indeed on automatic.
Flush your dns by doing start/run/cmd /ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
you might also try ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew , you can do a lot more than this , but i'm sure you don't have much of a problem.
