Lost nVidia Control Panel after Vista SP1

Guys I need help, after installing Vista SP1 on my Home Premium x64 I right clicked on desktop and I didn't see nVidia Control Panel. I uninstalled drivers, reinstalled again (I tried the WHQL Quadro 169.61 and the beta 171.16), but the control panel is missing. The only way to change propierties is from the standard video properties, and I get this old control panel. I can's set flat panel scaling from here.

Ok, I'm stupid, I was able to launch it from Windows Control Panel and add the right click option from here :o
