This was a huge win for the suns.

I was beginning to worry they wouldn't make the playoffs, but I think they'll be ok. They're getting better, but they're still making way too many turnovers. Wasn't as bad as against the nuggests, but 12 in one game is nothing to be proud of.

They need to learn to play defense and stop jacking up 3 when there are easier 2's available.

Marion isn't around to hop up and snare rebounds like before.

But they did clamp down in the 4th which was encouraging.

It is getting sad to see the Spurs denigrate themselves by whining about EVERY call though. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt but ever since last year's playoffs, they have firmly entrenched themselves as the dirtiest team in the NBA :(

This entire season, the calls they have been getting, or not getting, and the whining about EVERY single call against them, it's like watching kids at a park lieing their asses off.

You're joking, right? With the addition of Shaq, the amount of offensive rebounds the suns are getting has nearly doubled (up from like 8 per game to 14 per game). And it wasn't like Marion was their best shooter.

The problem is turnovers (another stat that's doubled since shaq came) and defense. Both of those however, seem to be getting a lot better.
