Kain, look up a program called KlipFolio (http://www.serence.com/site.php). It gives you all the headlines for whatever category of news you want. If a site supports it, you can download their klip file and everytime they update their headlines you will be able to see it when you refresh. Best of all, they keep an index of klip files so it makes it easier. Really useful and small:D
