good prog for converting video to flash

hi guys
i want to advice very simple step by step prod... its VisiFly!
this prog works with all common formats
it convert video format (avi, wmv, mpeg, mp4, mov and many others) to Flash (swf, flv)
and has demo without timelimit!
i use it now and do not complane!i think its great!
if you have problems...ask i would like to help=)

WinAVI is also a top program, does the all ..... in really quick time! .... BUt dont think it does the flash.
