Idea - Make this the default Forceware forum

From where I sit, I see only 2 reasons to make this the default form.
1- The Vista users over inflated egos can't stand that this is a sub-forum.
2- You're to lazy to make one more click to get here.

What the hell difference does it make which one is the default as long as you don't have to sift through a thread to try and find out what OS they are talking about, like over at guru3d.
With that said, I don't really care which one is the default as long as I know that the forum I'm reading is for the OS that I am running at the time, whether it's one more click away or not.

Who cares if Mr. IQ 140 don't like Vista, if its the most used OS and gets most hits on the forum, it should be the default forum. Just switch them around and have the subforum to be "ForceWare XP Drivers".

But as we say here in Sweden this is an "I-lands problem". ;)

And this is probably the main incentive for Vista transition, 4GB+ of ram. Not that XP is obsolete and surprisingly not DX10 (yet). :p

(Yes, there's XP 64, than again if you migrate from XP 32 it might as well be to Vista)

I think there should be a forum for the Beta/Drivers from the company and a forum for custom drivers.

Just merge the forums and make sure that the individual threads are labeled for XP or Vista.

Making one a beta forum and one the release forum sounds good as well.

Personally I would want the vista drivers to be the primary section, but it isn't what the majority of people want. Four times throughout the day, I have looked at the total number of people in the xp section versus how many people were in the vista only section, my findings.

currently(6:13): xp=41 vista=15

This has been consistent throughout the day. One objection some may have is that even though the xp section has more people in it, vista appears to be more active and vocal.
