Vista clock problem

Anyone knows why my computer clock doesn't seem to go right on time? Like yesterday it said 4:30 and it was 8:30, it's 2nd time it happens. Any idea why

check timezone, also could be the battery on your board. but the battery is unlikely since it would change the month and year aswell.

Exactly +4 hours has to be a timezone problem.
