1. Import the audiobook CDs into your iTunes music library at any quality you want (iTunes store sells audiobooks at extremely low quality 32kbps 22khz).
2. Next open the folder to where the files are for what you just imported.
3. Delete the files from iTunes but not off the computer.
4. Rename the file extensions to .m4b and then open iTunes and drag the files into the audiobooks section. Now iTunes thinks they're audiobooks because of the file extension and it will never get mixed with your music.
5. Name tracks correctly and you'll be able to find the artwork if available.
