Best Terminal Services App?

So what's the best terminal services program, one that plays nice with Vista and XP, and is very fast to respond? I'm looking for an app to remotely work on my parent's desktop and laptop while I'm on the other end of the house lol.

why not just use the remote desktop feature built right into windows xp?

I've used VNC (TightVNC, etc.) Remote Desktop, And LogMeIn.com with great success. If you're going to be the only one working on the computer I'd say Remote Desktop is your best bet. If you're going to be taking your parents step by step through a process, VNC and LogMeIn will let them watch what you're doing.
