Mandrake 9.1 & 1.0-4393

After instaling nvidia driver my X will not work anymore :(

My HW is:

Geforce 2 MX400
AMD 1300
MSI mobo with SIS745 chipset
512 DDR RAM
Mandrake 9.1

I heva tried all and dont know what is the Problem.
Please help :(.
