Installation Problems

Gday, I downloaded these files for the athlon-64...
NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4180.tar.gz and
NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4180.tar.gz

and when i followed the instructions and did make install in the NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4180 directory.. it compiled some files and then gave me this message:
cc1: Invalid option `cmodel=kernel'
nv.c: In function `nv_agp_translate_address':
nv.c:2756: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size
make: *** [nv.o] Error 1

no idea what to do :\

any input would be appreciated thanks..

Do you really have an AMD64 chip? If you have a regular Athlon or Duron, you need to use 1.0-4363.
