Won't know till they are released. Like I said I really hope ATI pulls through this time, I have never owned one but I will consider it.

I've just been browsing looking for 9900GTX info and it seems the general consensus is that nVidia are gonna be releasing the new architecture (GT200) for the 9900GTX/GTS cards and the G92b is gonna get used for the 9900GT, released at a later date.

This kinda makes sence to me and I really hope this is the case. I don't think nVidia can afford to lose any more brownie points with their customers by releasing another G92 spin-off and claiming it's a high-end product.

Fingers crossed, we should have a worthy upgrade sometine in July. :o <--aprihensive smilie

For all we know now, is that the rv770 is going to hit the streets before the gt200, and have about the same processing power(which is all based on rumors at this stage). We can also assume that the gt200 is going to be faster than the rv770, based on the rumors alone, because it's a completely new architecture. I could almost bet you a million dollars that it won't be three times as fast as the rv770, but you never know.
