install ntune or rivatuner and get some temp readings.

Is it in all games? What drivers?

what kind of power supply do you have as well? this card requires more power than the previous mid range ones like the 8600gt.

well the 550 watt power supply is enough for all of that just as long as youre not overclocking then that will cause some power problems stick with a single card if you have 550 watts sli will take up a lot more power and put you back to square one with the power supply what case did you get if it doesnt have any top fans you could cut a hole at the top with a dremel and just stick a fan in there did you get the xclio case with all those 250mm fans

LOL I laugh when a new product comes on the market and the numpties run out and buy it without researching first, the card is crap even the 7 series will beat the 9 series at the moment, you wasted your cash dude.

You live and learn I always say

9600gt is a fine card, temp sounds good.

Do a lot of benchmarking and post the results.

7950gx2 ? (which costs how much?)

An oc'd 9600gt is about the same as a stock 8800gt

Just like an 8800gt is about the same as a stock gtx (sour grapes maybe)
