Yes, I know the grizzlies are scrubs, but holy crap the Suns blew them out by 20 points IN THE FIRST QUARTER. Finally, they are starting to come around after this Shaq trade.

Last time I checked they were the GRIZ. Let's see them secure a playoff spot before we jump back on the bandwagon.

Not to be a douche, but does every Suns game deserve a thread? This NBA stuff is making the Sports section as unbearable as the P&R forum. :headexplode:

FWIW I'm enjoying the Western Conference race this season.

TBH....this is the first year in a LONG time that has been a good year to be a basketball fan. I like some of the power moves that's been done in the front office in order to make a bid for the playoffs. ;)

It's going to be a wild ride....The Lakers are about to go on a 4 game road trip (Western Conference). If they lost all 4 games, and things worked a certain way, they could actually go from tied for FIRST...all the way to SEVENTH!!!! It's so damn tight in the West this year...Makes for great basketball though...Almost every game seems like a playoff game! (Of course being a huge Lakers fan, I obviously don't want the above scenario to happen...lol)

I'm not gonna make another thread about the Phoenix Warriors game, but man another great western conference game. Really glad to see Phoenix playing back up to caliber again. Was starting to get worried for a second.

I don't know buddy :(

Some of the calls against Shaq and the Suns were so bogus, unfortunately for the Big Cactus.

But they still cannot defend worth a lick on the perimeter.

For a team that is supposed to be so quick and conditioned, can do all those cuts on offense, they HAVE to play better perimeter defense if they hope to contend :(

Channel the people into Shaq and Amare and let the bigs take care of bizness.

Still fun game and it shows that Shaq does indeed have the conditioning to run up and down and Nash is figuring out how to divvy up the assists between all the usual suspects and the newbie.

Warriors shot 40%. I don't see how that's bad defense to keep a the highest scoring team in the league down to 40% shooting.
