Yeah, but has a different pic on the other side. Do a Google Images search for Alienware Star Wars and you'll see both sides. Damn case is huge!

Not sure if full tower or not. I think it's just the way the case is made. Looks like a normal case with all the plastic Alienware parts around it, making it big, but it does have lots of room inside so, it could be full. Not sure how to tell the difference.
