lookin for an SB Live! 5.1

My uncle just grabbed a Dell Dimension 4550, and the SB Live that came with the thing fairly suck (stupid OEMs) Anyway he's looking for a retail SB Live that actually supports the Software from Creative.
Anyone wanna help the dude out?
Live drive would be a bonus for sure.

Yeah, it works. Just not on my machine, so if you're using a via kt266b like me you may have problems. If not, it's fine.

KT266b or V266b, to be honest the manuals a bit crap. All foreign 'cept for 2 tatty photocopied pages stapled to the front explaining jumper settings for the clock multiplier. The SBLive hangs my machine within 10 secs of the desktop appearing every time i put it in. I've tried every PCI slot, i've manually allocated resources so there's no conflicts,(I think), all new drivers, everything....... But it works fine in my mate's Abit board. But that's no good for me in the meantime, having to use the crappy onboard AC97 whilst a fully functional and paid for 5.1 card sits on the shelf next to me making it personal.. :) I even bought the Creative 5.1 speakers to use with it, typical....

he just went and wasted 40 bux on an MS cordless optical mouse today so I'll see if he's still interested in the sound card.
