Yup, X-Men 2 has been released today here in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This means I get to see the movie before you guys cuz it's being released in America on May 2, 2003. :p

Yeah... If I take my wife to the movies I costs 13 bucks for the tickets, 82 bucks for the softdrink (or 82.50 for the large version) and one hundred and fiften dollars for the popcorn. I can only afford to see one movie a month, and the movie for this month will be Matrix Reloaded :)

I liked all the stuff, although they tried to be a bit politicaly correct in the end. But that´s alright. The movie was great ! :)

But, there´s something I can´t live with, when it comes to american comics. There´s always this stuff of retelling the story over and over again, with very different versions. I don´t like this...

Jones asked DeSanto about plans for X-Men 3. He said the fate of a third X-Men film is ultimately up to moviegoers. He said, “We'll know whether we'll make an X-Men 3 or not on May 3, 2003. Hopefully, everyone who wants an X-Men 3 will show up then. Tell each fan they have to bring 10 friends.”

Guess it depends on the success of X2.

What I meant was why put up something that potentialy spoiles the movie.

Yup, that's what I thought, but I'm not exactly an expert on X-Men mythology, so I wasn't sure. ;)
