Cheers bud. If you're giving these a go, let us know how you get on with em. I'm happy with the 0902's TBH but i'll upgrade if there is a good reason.

Yeah mine came with 0902 and all is well, besides, I'm still tweaking some case mods and a fresh OS is next.

This is where I am right now, lol, so not a good time to try a new bios.:D

Wow, 1101 came out two days ago as beta, and now it's official.

Thanks man! :)
I didn't think in a million years I would have to be doing this to a "turn key" Blackbird.
But what can ya do.

It's a DMS™ production now.

I hope DT doesn't go through the HPEE krap as well.

The BIOS is no longer there for download. Was there an hour ago.

I have it.
I'll put it here if the forum takes it.

HOWEVER, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK GUYS.
THEY MAY HAVE PULLED IT DUE TO PROBLEMS.

It's too big, 790kb.

Probably it's still beta so they pulled it.

Nope, I'm still at this point, had to do other stuff today.

I'm staying with the 0902 since I had no problems with the last test OS install and then made some mods for cooling and other stuff.

That file comes with a command line flasher.
So no more flashing within your OS.
I'm sure you remember, just making sure.

And for other people who don't know yet, read the linky.

Does it produce a .bin file? I use a USB drive and ez-flash2.

here's a pic, and ez-flash2 is what they say is best, dunno why that awdflash utility comes with it.

Well I flashed to 1101, couldn't keep my previous overclock (BSOD while loading Vista), so I reverted back to 0902.

I noticed they added CPU Level Up to the BIOS which gave me the options of Auto, QX9770, Crazy, but there's no way to disable it.

Just the red part. I've been using ez flash 2 to flash BIOS since my previous Asus 680i board, worked great every time. Anyways, they actually made CPU Level Up work in 1101. If I set it to Crazy, it would OC my FSB to 1566Mhz or something, and I can boot into Vista, no problem. But I prefer manually setting everything and for that 0902 is better.
