ATi Radeon 9700pro Problem

Hi, i have a Radeon 9700Pro but for some reason it doesent seems to be running right. I get all these weird artifacts on the screen as you can see in these screenshots here here (http://www.elementstudio.net/temp).

These are the drivers versions:
CATALYST Version 3.2
Control Panel Vesion 6.14.10.4029
DirectX 9a

Comuter is:
AMD Duron 1ghz
640mb RAM
K7SEM 1.1e
SIS 730 Chipset
Samsung SyncMaster 151v Monitor
WD 40GB 7200 rpm HDD
On Windows XP SP1

Does anyone know how i can fix this? :(

Those screenshots artifacts do look just like a card that is overclocked just a bit too much.

I was going to overclock but i didnt. Does anyone know the clock settings? Right now its at 310/324

heh The card just seems to be overheatng to much. :(
