I do believe that it's a post about a guy who yanked some teens chain pretending he was a chick. He got a kid who had a webcam and got the kid to do some silly assed stuff for it. (Bad poses, squirting jelly on himself, etc.)

It wasn't registration only when it was posted on R3D last week. ;)
