How much are data intergrity influenced by copying something from one a HDD (for example) to a flash drive and repaetaing the process numerous times. Or by burning info to a CD/DVD and then copying and re-writing it again and again???

Are you worried that if you keep making copies of the file, that it will eventually go bad? It shouldn't considering we live in the digital data storage era versus analog. Unless the physical media is bad, or the burn process went wrong, it should never become corrupt. Feel free to do a CRC32/MD5/SHA-1 of the file after the burn to verify its not corrupt.
