here are my guesstimates:
2 * clawhammer cpu 350 * 2 about 700
dual cpu mobo (k8 arch) between 250 - 300
nv30 vid board about 450
ddr2 about 170
so your total, as the max could dictate is probably going to run you at about 1620, although this is just a rough guess, based on how much r&d will need to get replenished compared to today's stuff, I hope that I am way over, but I doubt it.

Sorry but you can't include DDR II as thats still WAAAYYY off for desktop system memory but you can inclue 2x DDR sticks for dual DDR :p

Yes, first athlons and those crappy K-6s. I bought them, haha, crap. I got my Pentium III 700 Mhz with a Intel 810e mainboard back in the day for a cool $400. I still use it, so I guess its time to upgrade to a Pentium 4 2.53 ghz or a 3.06 Ghz P4.:D
