I got the Aulogics disk defragger, and at the end of every scan it says I have 26xx Junk Files, and it links me to a site to buy a program that will "erase" these junk files.
Is this program any good? Are these "junk" files really junk worth removing off my computer?
I'd like to clean my computer a bit but I'm scared of having the program delete something important.
Edit: Just so I don't have to make another topic, I have a 150 GB Raptor X HDD, and I have 37 GB free left. I mostly have games and a few programs like AVG, Fraps, Everest, MSN, etc...
I feel like my computer has too much "junk", and I want to clean it up a bit. Don't mean like, Uninstalling games etc, but like programs that help your computer be clean and run smoothly.
Any idea what programs I can get to help me clean my comp and do this? Delete un needed files or un wanted, and junk stuff?

The program is good. A lot of the big tweak suites actually use Aulogics tech. However I'd probably not bother buying it. Why not try the One Care Online Safety Scanner from MS. It's free, the virus scanner is actually pretty good, runs from the web, does a defrag if needed and removes junk files and registry entries. http://onecare.live.com/site/en-au/default.htm?mkt=en-au
As I said it runs from the web, it's not a download and install scanner so it can't replace your normal Virus scanner.

One Care is absolute crap. I got a free trial of it and I uninstalled it within a week. Biggest piece of **** I have ever had on my pc.

As I said it IS different to OneCare you install. The one I linked to runs OFF THE INTERNET! It's completely free, no trial, read before you post Bearfail you are embarrassing the Bigman.
One Care Live != OneCare Online Safety Scanner.
Yep Bigman, it will remove viruses, although it specialises in Spyware a little more.
You mean Auslogics? I use their BoostSpeed 4. It includes all the defraggers, registry cleaner, etc, in one package.

I like those apps alot and such, but only one issue.
I ran the registry defragger in Vista and did help with speed, but my sidebar didn't load so i had to run a scrpt to get it working again so even though its a good app, it can foul up stuff in in windows.

Shouldn't matter Bigman as long as you can keep it in line.

I tried what you said, did every scan and clean up etc, in the end it told me it found X junk files etc, but it couldn't remove most of them. Out of 8300 registry whatever files, it removed 8200 :/
