front lines FOW Need help

I am having a problem with this Game! I hope you all can help me out!
Starts to load and freezes every time! I have tried everything!
Inc turning everything to low, turn foliage off! ect!

Has it ever worked? I never got it going on vista64, but did on xp after removing .net1 and a .net 1 sp.
