Awesome!
The demo will feature 3 races, Muscle Cup in San Francisco with a mustang GT-R, Advan drift Trophy on the docks of Yokohama with a Nissan S15 Silvia, and a BMW 320Si in Jarama.

Cool!

I just hope the car handling isn't as bad as DiRT. In DiRT you could stop on a dime on tarmac. Even GTA4 doesn't let you stop nearly instantly. :)

Please...please...no NFS physics.

I wonder if it will be infected with Starforce like most Codemaster games the last few years.

I'm grateful for companies putting out demos before game releases again. Seemed for a year or so they stopped doing it, but now they're back. Just as a few examples off the top of my head, there was the Iron Man demo, and there will be a Haze demo (PS3 only of course) on Tuesday.

DiRT used Starforce but GRiD won't, Grid uses securom with online activation.

Hopefully GRID doesn't use anything similar to DiRT's sound engine. That was the buggiest piece of crap I've ever seen. It was perfectly smooth on my system but completely unplayable on my brother's X2 2.5Ghz with an xplosion sound card (all other specs roughly the same). When he disabled sound it ran as good as it did on my system.

That is horrible horrible programming.

GRID is going to use DiRT's engine for sure, but they might have fixed it up. I already seen tons of the bloom and brown that DiRT had in videos of GRID.

Argh! Another one I won't be buying then. Securom games usually refuse to run on my rig due to blacklisting virtual drive software and Online Activation can blow me. :thumbdwn:
