Hi! I just downloaded 175.12 and am having some issues with my display. On 169.25, I had it set up like this:
Clone
Main: 1680x1050 @ 59Hz
Secondary: 1280x1024 @ 60Hz
Now with 175.12, they are both set at 1280x1024! I cannot force my main monitor to go to 1680x1050, for some weird reason.
I have tried numerous times to create custom resolutions for the main monitor, but when I go to test, the resolution does not change and even when I click "Yes", the new resolution does not appear.
Any help would be great. :D

I run a dualview setup and I tested using the 'clone' feature, and sure enough, you cannot set independant resolutions in clone mode. You can in dualview, but not in clone. Weird...

Yeah, it is pretty weird. Actually, that is the way it is supposed to work. Dualview specifically mentions separate resolutions, but Clone does not. Meh, I like the broken version. ;)
I'm going to restore back to 169.25. Another reminder to myself why I shouldn't try BETAs. :)
Thanks for the confirmation, mate! :D

No problem! May I ask why you don't use dualview instead of clone??
Just put in the resolution and freqency, and then click advanced and choose GTF from the drop down menu. Now choose manual and edit the things that need editing and click test! :) Worked for me with every resolution I've tried.

The secondary display is actually my TV; ironically, the main reason I downloaded this new set was to set it at it's native resolution (1366x768). For that reason, they are two different locations. I just do that so I can watch Netflix Instant on the big screen. And watching my brother get owned in BF2 is pretty fun, too. :)
@toss
Sweet, I'll try it out ASAP. Thank goodness you can undo a restore, :D.

Hmm...No go, apparently. I did so and my main monitor went from 1280x1024 to 800x600, for some odd reason. The resolution and frequency are correct, of that I am sure.
Now, about this editing. Am I supposed to know this or? I mean, I don't really need any other tweaking but the resolution/refresh rate. I assumed all the other stuff was default? I changed to GTF and didn't change any of the settings and it didn't work. Are there things in there that need to be changed?
Again, when I go to test, the monitor flickers, the resolution randomly changes (not to the one I specified), and then I go back to the Control Panel, no custom resolutions present. :(

EDIT 1 (5:45): Scratch all that. I think I have got it close to working. I just got my custom resolution for my main monitor set-up. Apparently 60Hz works and not 59Hz. Now to try Clone!
EDIT 2 (5:58): OK, no go at all. I've got the custom resolution made for my main monitor (which shouldn't even need one, btw), but when I go in Clone mode, the highest I can go is still 1280x1024. Do I need to activate the custom resolution or something?
