Okay people, lets have some opinions here, What is currently the best game to show off PC's?

Unreal 2003 comes close, as does the doom alpha.

Raven Shield for me, they used more enviromental cube mapping than I have seen in any other game, lots of details. I dont have UT2003, but Im sure that would be another one if I had it ;)

Unreal 2 has some nice spots worth showing off. I like the Drak level when you go up against the big robot at the end.

Splinter Cell also has some great spots to show off shadow/lighting. There's a spot where a moth is flying around a light and you can see it's shadow moving around on the ground.

Splinter Cell, Ballistics, MotoGP.

UT2003, some of the maps on that are gorgeous and I've been killed several times while just standing around and admiring the eye candy.

The Doom 3 alpha is good if you can run it well enough.

MDK2 still looks nice.

I quite like Mafia too... especially the cut scenes.

Morrowind looks pretty funky. Especially if you have max draw distance on, hi-res, and some nice AA+AF.

What about splinter cell.. I thought the demo looked well sweet. Nightvision mode almost looked like real video footage to me.. thought it was awesome.

I like to show off my PC in front of my friends by playing high-end games such as minesweeper and tetris

They cause my system resources to be utilized to teh fullest.

But when i really want to test the limits of my PC i run MahhJong. But that requires the use of my watercooled PC ....

imo... the most photrealistic graphics i have ever seen in a game is rallysport challenge... i just fire up that demo... leaves the jaws on the floor:D

also some nice looking games:
nfs hp2
splinter cell
doom3 alpha
ut2003 & unreal 2
possibly raven shield... but i think the above games surpass it

that MS Rally Sport Challenge is awesome with the extremly high detail car models.

I also really like 'bumped' games like Black Hawk Down and BloodRayne

and p0lish, there is one Mahjongg (http://www.kyodai.com/) game thats kinda heavy on my 4200Ti also with bumps and shadows... :)

Edit: oops, i was too slow for jack :D

I bought mine online from gameplay.com (http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/productpage.asp?ProductCode=RM0678) for £24.99 free shipping in the UK ;)

I guess you havent got your Audigy2 yet  thank La Poste for thier fast delivery, but this game is not only about graphics, its the best use of EAX3 yet in a game :afro: I play with headphones, but I still have to take them off sometimes to see if some of the sounds I hear are in game or not :D

Unreal 2 and UT2K3 look great. You have a lot of time to observe when you have < 20 fps. All of the mentioned games look great too, but I can only really base that on screenies. :(

Just got splinter cell out again, and i think the oil rig map looks really nice at most times, especially with the fires raging and all the extras

The water is particularly cool looking at the beginning of the mission. The pink sky and sun add a lot to it. Very sweet looking.

I had to download and try that out. I was a huge fan of Taipei (remember that?) for Windows 3.1. This game takes it to a whole new level. Enabling EMBM on my GF FX looks sweet. But all that eye candy plays havoc on my laptop. I think I have it set to where I like so I can get decent visuals with good performance. Thanks for posting that link - it's a really cool game.

Bloodrayne is simply amazing for graphics..... its just a shame there's a bug where it don't like dual monitors and the mouse swings off screen......
