I don't think AMD is going to gather much excitement untill they actually have a testable product. Don't get me wrong I hope they come out with some cool stuff, but I'm not holding my breath for it to happen.

I dont know whether to believe it or not, AMD confirmed weeks ago they now scrapped native core and go multi chip module. Yesterday they announced revamped server roadmap with Montreal, the eight core two die due to launch at the same time as six core Shanghai in end of 2008.

I had heard the same, that amd was going the intel route, and ironically intel was going for native core.
