Does anyone know how to get the Nvidia Installer to work with 9.1 mandrake? It says there are no pre-compiled kernels for my kernel? Next it tries to compile one but fails saying somthing about /usr/src/linux/include/linux src files are not configured? what can i do to fix this? Anyone.. the default driver for my card blows! Thanks alot for the help..

First guess - you need to install your kernel source package.
Post your /var/log/nvidia-installer.log, and we'll have a look.

the nvidia-installer works perfectly with the mdk9.1. do you have the cooker or a release candidate or multi-processor? the mdk9.1up works perfectly.
you should read the last sticky message "read this first if you have problem", read the README file and shut X down first before trying to install.
