Don't forget its High/XP/SP2. Not Very HIGH.

Try text with XP or DX9.

Yeah, there's no way that would have been on 'VH' with those frame rates.

And 51fps 1680x1050 DX9 All High, but probably because its demo, its not good to compare, so i will leave Crysis alone :)

Average Tri/Sec: -49302524, Tri/Frame: -961049
Recorded/Played Tris ratio: -0.95
!TimeDemo Run 2 Finished.

Yeah, I would expect more FPS than that. The full game, maybe with newer drivers, should be 1.5x that I would think.

Not THAT impressed so far... :(

IMO the main gain of this card is GX2 performance with just one GPU giving more consistant FPS from not using SLI. It's gonna have to get <£300 to be worth the upgrade for me.

They're using 177.34, which should be newer than 177.26. See the GPU-Z screenshot? It says driver 177.34. 175.16 doesn't support GTX 280/260.

I see it, but test system have 175.16, maybe its typo though.

And for God's sake, why test Company of Heroes in DX9? Dx10 mode makes my video card crawl... They should have used Vista...

Yeah and that's a very important improvement! Plus multi-monitor support and insane CUDA performance!

Seeing how default clock is that AMP version of Zotac .. I tried 700/1500/2300 and it worked nicely :)

CUDA is already in the 9 / 8 series isn't it?

The GX2 price will have to be drop quiet alot if they want the GTX280 to up there in the price...

Yes it is but the new chip is definitely faster for CUDA ;)

Also card didnt exhaust any hot air inside case.

Default 2D clock is 300Mhz GPU, 600Mhz Shader clock, 200Mhz for memory, 45C idling.

EDIT.: looks like overclocking is working just fine thru rivatuner, also 2D/3D clock switching works nicely.

That's awesome news. I was wondering if they were ever going to lower their 2D clocks because the card should still have more than enough power to run anything you can think of at those speeds. Sounds like the 25W idle should prove to be true. :D

One test that I wouldn't mind seeing if you can get a chance is keep the GPU clock at 700MHz, but lower the memory clocks and see what kind of impact it has on performance. Everyone seems to be bent around the fact that GDDR3 is holding the card back, so it would be interesting to see if the frame change or not. If you can OC the memory that would be cool too, but I'm guessing there isn't a lot of headroom.

I would really love to see WiC if you have that as well. ;)

Ok load temp is 74-75C after three loops of 3D Vantage ;)

Nice, thanks! The cooler looks just like the 9800GTX cooler, and that's an effective one! :)

Ugh, this Crysis information in breaking my heart. I really hope the demo was unoptimized or driver support just isn't there. :o
