Just wanted to know what others think about it that have it?

I have had mine running for a few months now, and am reasonably impressed.

For the average person I think its amazing, and with M$ not stepping in on guys making third party software its even better.

The network image backup is flawless, I recently stole my wifes Raptor (So I could Raid0 and have all raptors :) ) I backed hers up onto a 200GB drive that I had, it took 20 min and it started right back up like nothing had happened.

Pros:

EASY remote file access! (my grandparents use mine to DL pictures and such)

third party software coming along nicely

Media streaming

ability for people to host their own sites

Cons:

Obviously the coruption issue

no 64bit OS support yet (for backing up and connecting 64bit PCs)

I have had mine up and running from release with no major problems, in fact I don't really even think about it much anymore.
Not that it's really needed but I use Radmin 3.0 to control the server and it works very nice.
It is slow in copying files back and forth, but not a whole lot different than my Buffalo TerraStation.

I would like to get a Windows 2008 Server up and running but the WHS is simply a no brainer and I have never run a 2008 server before so…

My machine is old equipment I had laying around except the drives. AMD 4200+ Dual Core, 4 gig RAM and 4x WD750 gb drives, headless machine.

Dang I hadn’t looked at WHS stuff for awhile now, still no 64bit connector :(
I wonder if anyone has come up with a work around as I plan on Vista 64 for my new machine.

There is also a new beta service pack out now, I haven’t installed it yet tho…
