Dunno for some reason the graphics look ordinary to me except for the facial expressions ...
otherwise its nothing that Crysis(CE2) or GoW(UE3) can't do IMO.
unless this video is not a good representation of the realtime graphics.

GT200 Medusa Demo Screenshots

We learnt that IT168 published dozens of screenshots of NVIDIA GT200 Medusa demo.

We still don’t know the hardware platform of the demo, but from the fps shown in these screenshots, the graphics card should be GeForce GTX 260.

I keep thinking that too, look at the dudes hands, I swear I've seen better fingers in games like Crysis/ect, and this a demo, they need to go back to making rendered hot chicks. ;)

Some of the major things to me is the stubble which I think is the best i've seen but the layered texturing of her eyes was really neat. You can see the veins and stuff of her eyeballs.
