I think that the only to view this site is to have some account name or visit name.

Topic areas have as many as 127 viewing and only 30 members logged on.

That makes it comfusing to whom answers posts cuz lets say i post about Nvidia tools and their is no responce to the thread for a day but 75 viewers are reading that thread. but only a 5th of them are logged in, it makes it hard to have a response cuz you don't know when their is a resonse cuz a majority of the viewers are outsiders not signed in.

Some forums requre a sign in username to view content in that forum.

Traffic will take a **** if that happens. This works for Warez/Porn/Etc sites that rely on members to drive the content, but this site doesn't. I know I would never bother visiting a tech forum if it relied on me to register.

Bad idea.

A lot of times you can find an answer to something -relating to nvidia hardware/software- just by reading through posts. I didn't even make a forum account until I got my GeForce FX 5600, even though I had been visiting since I got my first nvidia video card, a GeForce 2 GTS..

Actually what would be good is show also how many looged in are in that topic area also.

There is like 43 views in driver area but it takes 2 days to see thread responce or action.

You know if your going to get some feedback by knowing who is in that topic area.

revenues are still generated from guests since each is a unique visitor. since the site depends on these hits, i doubt this idea will take hold.

I will ignore your insults, but i will take your advice and sorry "son", but ive been done with school for over 17 years and that was college cuz i went to the service. I don't have time to deal with teachers these days so let it go man.

I was just making up an idea about who knows who where in topic areas.
