Yes, but unless your are playing UT3 or running Vantage, there really is no use for the PhysX drivers...yet. ;)

I have an 8800 GTS 512, is this compatible with the enabled PhyXs in these drivers?

actually it works with 177.26 and 177.35 aswell.
