View Full Version : Radeon has Digital Vibrance-like Setting??
I have never owned a ATI video card, but I am curious thanks to their high performance and low power/heat in the 4800 series compared to nVidia. However, I love Digital Vibrance and when I looked a few years ago, ATI offered no comparable feature.
How this since changed? Is there a Digital Vinrance like function in the Catalyst drivers?
I use both brands alot.
My 8800GT needs a few notches of Digital Vibrance to match my X1900XT in color richness.
Most veterans of ATI using nVidia do the same.

I think they have something called Avivo. Which is exactly like Digital Vibrance. Correct me if I am wrong please.

I'm a DV ***** myself(always around 25%) and have noticed that with the 4850 there's a setting called "Saturation" that does pretty much the same as DV in Nvidia control panel.
And yes, upgrading from 9800GTX(sold) to a 4870!!! Go AMD!
