Download the NV30 emulation tool from
http://developer.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=nv30_emulation

Click the nv30 emulation box, but NOT the force software razterization.

What use is it? Isn't it just going to do a software emulation so it will be slow as puss?

Or am I wrong...again. :rolleyes: ;)

Has no impact. I don't think it's software rasterization (there's a choice for software, but I didn't use it).

As long as you still run in nv20 mode, and dont use the nv30 features, then its still full hardware speed.

The lamest NV30 demos run slow as hell with that emutool
