Overclock GX2 + QX9650 issue

Hello,

I was wondering why I see a sort of 1 millisecond pause every other second when i overclock my GX2,

I have a
P5E3 mobo,
OCZ DDR3 ram 1333MHz,
9800GX2,
QX9650.

What would a good overclock for this be? I watercool the CPU btw,

Clocks and rates you have on these parts would be cool to know.

I have never had these issues.

I have the gx2 but the rest is a bit faster then your machine so i can not tell you ,
nForce 790i Ultra, QX9770, and 1600 MHz RAM
