Team Fortress 2 glitch? (animated GIF)

Not sure if anyone else has seen this. I also had the weird floating companion cube bug in Portal, but that's been a while since I played it. :) Basically, if I walk aorund as a Spy, with the sapper in my hand, it glitches like that, flicking back and forth?

Oh, that's just your computer. It has Tourette's. It's treatable.

Yeah, it got fixed with the latest update. Dated 23-June.
