View Full Version : Well I think i need to RMA - question though?

I registered my product and filled in RMA through eVGA Web Site.

I got RMA-ID, which is not actually RMA number which i will get in 24-48 hours.

Does eVGA ships new card to you first, or you need to send your first to them?

depends what RMA you had picked.

Advanced RMA is a cross-ship. normal RMA you have to send card first

I picked Advanced RMA - Standard Overnight...got RMA Id, i uploaded my invoice through my product page...and so i guess in couple days i should get a card :)
