Pixmania is one of the ****tyest shops in Europe. Very bad service. I've seen something (shocking about the bad service) on TV about 3 weeks ago.

I have ordered it from Pixmania, it's the third time I buy from them: first my actual monitor, second a Lachesis mouse for my brother, and now the 4870. I have never had a problem with them, all items delivered safely in a couple of days

Well, I haven't actually dealt in any way besides ordering and getting my stuff after a couple of days. Now I've indeed heard some horror stories but thank God nothing has happened to me so far... Considering my only other choice that ships to Cyprus in Europe is overclockers.uk which are very, very expensive...

I ordered from them just once. The item they claimed to have in stock wasn't in stock, and three weeks later, I was still waiting for it to be delivered. It never came. Two years later, I'm still waiting for a refund. Of course, as they're based in France (despite carrying the .co.uk domain), there's sweet FA that I can do about it besides write to them so that they can ignore more of my emails.

My story is not a unique experience, either.

My ebay seller refund me and I really hope Pixmania got Sapphire 4870 in stock for £185.

Ordering it now.

Edit: Eh? It not £185 for the card Pixmania want to give but they force to give me extra service I cant remove like Zen Engagement for extra £18.41, VIPIX Loyalty Card for £7 and 3-4 days Parcel Force delivery £8.30, total £218.71.

What a rip off! Forget Pixmania, I am going to get it from Overclockers UK!!!

It's difficult to remove those items, but you can if you have a little patience. I removed both and paid just the card. I even used a €6 discount coupon (enter 'Dzoom02' at payment area)

There is something fishy here, I bet those guys claim to have them in stock but they don't have anything. My order was placed (and paid) on thursday 26th june, and its status has been 'packing' since then.

I don't know what happened, but my card finally shipped (yesterday), if I'm a bit lucky I may get it on friday 4th and do plenty of tests this weekend. But I'm afraid it won't arrive until monday (and the auction of my 8800GTX expires today)
