More to come. Specs in SIG!
Shouldn't that be somehow higher? I mean i get over 12.000 with single overclocked HD4850 and ppl stil say to me that the score is low...

1920x1200 4aa 16af.
Never goes below 65FPS
What FSB speed to you have set? I got a slightly higher score with my GT's but that was with the CPU at 4.05Ghz (9x450) and the GPU's volt-modded and OC'd.
Grat's on your purchase BTW :D

Also it seems 3dmark06 i pretty useless to show off the power of 2 x 4850's ;)
You should try the test at a higher res (what's your native res?). Your CPU will be limiting you at such a low res.
A Crysis benchmark would be nice too :)

Hmm, I get quite a bit higher on my 9800GX2.
So what's the benefit of 2 x 4850 instead of the 9800GX2? Since the price of the 9800GX2 has come down so much it sure isn't price...
I love my card. It cranks on every game I play!! The only downside I've seen is that multimonitor is a pain since I have to go into nVidia control panel and switch from multi GPU to multi monitor and then pray that my second monitor (HDTV) shows up so I can project over there...

the 2 x 4850's is a fair bit faster in COD4 then the GX2
Games are the most important anyway. And from what i see you're enjoying them nicely hehe :) Can't wait to get home from work and fire up BioShock on HD4850...

Hey PeterJensen, you getting any of the micro stuttering or jerkiness when playing Crysis or is it silky smooth? Any crashes?
Thanks,

I'm not a fanboy for any company but I have to say Intel chipsets are, have always been the best most stable, compatible.
Congrats on the new system and vid cards, bought a 4870 myself and the FPS are great but it is the image quality with those FPS that make me (nana2).
