Thinking about building a new rig with a 280gtx and quad core, etc. Any thoughts on an ideal air-cooled case that can accomodate the size and cooling needs of a a top end machine?

Would the Armorsuit be a decent choice?
900?
CM Stacker?

The Stacker is a great case. But the COSMOS S is newer and slightly cheaper:

Get the Nvidia edition case, they look great. Trust me from experience.

The case that I got (Cooler Master NV690 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119157&Tpk=NV690)) is a winner and it's roomy. I just need to get a new CPU heat sink.

TJ09 or TJ10, nearly perfect air flow for CPU, HDD and GPU areas!

I gotta agree, but those are near $300 cases.

TJ10 is what i'm using. My 280's idle at 46 degrees and 47 degrees. The 120mm fan in the middle of the case really is a nice touch.

one of the Silverstone Tj series, or Cosmos S.

I wouldn't buy a stacker again.

I have one Silverstone (Temjin) and the paint on it is so thin, it scratches when you look at it, plus the front door is very flimsy.
Are the 09 and 10 versions better?

Silverstone cases are NICE. pricey, though.

I've looked at that one often. If I did get a ss case, it would be this one.

Does the Cosmos S have a front door?

Buy a good case ONCE and be done, no one I mean no one has ever regretted buying a good case and keeping it for years. I would stay away from plastic and stamped steel.

I've got the older (not plus) model. (they changed the top plastic bezel)

HUGE with room to spare.

Well, if it's anywhere close to that price I'm upgrading my case!
