that GTX280 is one hell of card. 1680*1050 DX10, Very High, AF8x AA2x enjoyed all the way through. After playing Crysis for couple of days, i just can't get back to any other game cause everything looks so ugly and old, and behind....compared to Crysis. :p

Must be nice to be able to play it that high

Did you like the game the first time through? I think a lot of the Crysis hate has to do with poor performance, not the gameplay itself. Seems like everyone just sites bad gameplay as the reason for hating it, but they never back it up with any concrete gameplay flaws.

I can also say that playing Crysis with a GTX 280 is a whole new experience. I think it's the first card that can play Crysis well enough to turn up all the settings to Very High. At 1920X1200, I'm only getting FPS in the mid-20s, but it's actually playable. My 8800 GT SLI was a slideshow. You can actually see and play the game the way it looks in those gaming magazines. Incredible!!!!

It slowed down a bit but it wasn't bad at all. Inside carrier was pretty fast. Pretty much the last fight against alien's spaceship was a bit here and there slow...but that's like 2-3 minutes of gameplay compared to whole game.

GTX280 is video card for this game...
