As some of you may recall, my 2.5 year old Samsung Plasma 42" HDTV died out on me rougly 2 months ago, I was out of manufacturer warranty and repair costs were way too high ($300-500). So yesturday my GF and I purchased a new Sony BRAVIA 40" LCD KDL-40S4100 $1050 after taxes, not a shabby deal at all (gotta love employee discounts). Great TV, tons of inputs I love it :D

Nice one. Wish my TV had 3 HDMI inputs. ::(:

I've got the full hi def version of it, the 40V :p I also love working for a sony retailer :p

Although to be entirely honest with you, I think you got a better buy, I don't even use the full 1080P goodness, since most ps3 games only run on 720P

I got mine for $2200. But that included a PS3 Console, HDMI cable, and a 7 (seven, yes seven) year warranty. REPLACEMENT warranty! ^__^

ps aussie dollars.
