AIW 9700 pro

Hello !!!
I am thinking of buying aiw 9700 pro....
Just a couple of questions.....
1. Will the tv tuner work fine with both PAL/SECAM and NTSC ?
2. What about those problems with PCs not booting up with AIW9700 Pro runing EPOX mobos and Athlon Xp's ??? I have an epox 4bda2+ and P4 1.8A and i am wondering if it will run OK. My PSU is 420 Watts.
3. Can any of u give some user experience feedback on the card ??

It's mainly Athlon XP's and nforce2's that experience this issue. I have yet to see someone report the problem on an Intel system.
