A few questions for recent GTX 280 owners

I've been O/C'ed @ 650Mhz without noticing any down clocking while in-game. From what I've seen @ EVGA forums it looks like an issue with aggressive overclocking so dropping your 3D clocks may help for now till a fix is found.

What overclocking mate? I'm running at stock... And the cards don't downclock in Windows XP... This only happens in Vista... Which means -> Issue...
