View Full Version : G15 Keyboards apps for CPU/GPU temps?
Anyone know of any? I use the default one for CPU/Memory utilization, but a temp one would be cool.

If Everest loads before G15 Keyboard Panel, it wont shop up on G15 LCD. Then you have to quit and start again Everest. Also, if you have UAC that crap doesn't allow anything to start propertly so keep it disabled.

I have mine set as a task, bypassing the UAC.

Also try speedfan and sir real. Sir Real's app is now finally Vista ready. Works great except for the ability to switch between headphones and 5.1 easy. ::(:
All these apps run in the G15 window?

shaby thats bad where can i get that
You can find lcdstudio here (http://www.lcdstudio.com/site20/home.php) and the theme for it here (http://www.sendspace.com/file/u5s1ur). First install the lcd fonts then copy the theme to your lcd studio directory and finally load it.
Most of the stuff you can easily edit in lcdstudio, thats the beauty of it.

cant get it figured out for some reason....
Install lcd studio and request the license, then install the lcd fonts from the zip into the fonts section of your Control Panel in windows.
Copy the theme into your lcd studio directory and load it(temp2.xls), now you should have the theme running in lcd studio.
Depending what you're using to monitor your hardware, be it rivaruner/atitool/atitray/mobo monitor or speedfan, all those apps output info directly into lcdstudio, you just have to select it in lcd studio.
For example my gpu temp is reported by rivatuner, so right click on the text under GPU in the theme and click properties. The parameter you want to change in the box at the left is called Data Item, click on the text next to data item and you'll get a box of available inputs you can choose. Mine was under rivatuner>core temp. Same goes for any other input, you just have to select it.
If you need any more help let me know.

i use hw moniter 64bit?
Look in tools>options to see all the supported apps, unless hw monitor has a plugin for lcd studio it probably wont work.

Go to Administrative Tools and then to Task Scheduler. You can set it up there. ;)
