Another unfair comparison. How could you use a beta NV driver, but then not use the equivalent beta Cat 8.8 for ATI?
I'm sorry, but I have a wife and family and don't give a **** about another lame Asian social networking game regardless of the engine.

Wouldn't matter, its a Physx driven... social networking thing.
nVidia used a lot of graphs in the pdf this guy also linked for some reason. A title that requires Physx or makes heavy use of it isn't going to run well on an AMD card, its just a given.

I understand that, but the disparity will be less with a fairer driver comparison.

Unless AMD adds PhysX support in their beta drivers, it wont be any different. The game is limited mostly by the physics computations which is the PhysX API.
I don't understand why nVidia even included AMD cards. This battle lies more in CPU driven physics vs. GPU driven physics. Nothing really to do with Graphics.
Heres what i got with 177.79 and Physx 8.07.18 drivers:
Average FPS 46.3
max FPS 62.19
min FPS 38.13
Does anyone know how to change the resolution for this demo?

177.79 plus PhysX 8.07.18 driver were used. Prerendered frames were set to 6.
GTX 260 is currently @ 749|2600 1532 unlinked via Riva Tuner.

I'm sorry, but I have a wife and family and don't give a **** about another social networking game regardless of the engine.Yeah, I hear you there.
Hmmm...let me see, have fun with my wife building truly satisfying lifelong memories and accomplishing real world goals or stare at my computer screen for hours every day trying to grind out another pointless level or get another piece of useless gear....hmmm.... You might make the point that I am posting from a computer right now, but if you check my posts per day stats, you'll see I'm definitely no hypocrit.
Yeah, I really don't care for MMOs either. Now if I was single, saw no chance of finding a real woman and lacked any ambition whatsoever, sure, maybe I'd be willing to pour my life into an MMO.
I know, that wasn't the point of this thread and my post will be seen as me urinating in your cornflakes from my soapbox, but damn, I've got to piss and I like high places.

Most of the fellows I know that poo on things like MMOs simply kill free time in another manner. Often they will piss away time in a more traditional fashion, like watching TV. Others may listen to music a lot. Some that are extremely vocal against MMOs use to invest too much time in those games themselves and eventually they quit because they lack the discipline to dabble appropriately in that form of entertainment.
Video games are fine as a hobby or entertainment. Anything can be unhealthy if it becomes a singular obsession.
