Hello folks,

I'm having some issues with my X1900XT card. Recently, I have had some issues when cold booting where the card's fan will remain at full speed and not slow down and my monitor will cycle connection (signal received, signal lost, repeat) notices.

The computer boots fine. I hear all the Windows stat-up sounds and have even been able to play an MP3 file left on my desktop during this video outage; it also shuts down notmally with no error messages on the next reboot.

Currently, the fan at high / no display issue happens about every five or so days. There is nothing I seem to be doing to cause this, as I have stayed out of the motherboard BIOS and not messed with settings. Any clue as to what could be going on and how much longer this card has left would be most appreciated.
